We hire only the best. We triple check all employees. We do a multi-state criminal background check, we check driving records, we check all state abuse registries, we check with prior employers and we drug test. They are fully insured and bonded.
Our caregivers go through an extensive skills training class before they are assigned to clients. We have a skills training center in each of our offices including hospital beds, Hoyer lifts, wheel chairs, walkers and other equipment. We training on infection control, first aid, universal precautions, recognizing and reporting on abuse and neglect as well as other topics.
Caregivers are supervised on the job. We have a program to visit client homes unannounced on a regular basis to ensure that the proper care is being provided. We regularly review their performance.
